Super Nova Club 2022
Novation’s Super Nova Club was started in 2016 as a way to recognize our team and the individuals who work so hard to make our company what it is today. We love each and every member of our team! We wouldn’t be who we are without them.
Our success as a company comes from supporting the dreams and goals of each team and this year we had 3 of our Escrow Officers in our Super Nova Club: Joe Cespedes, Kristi Bowdish and Cyndi Burrola. This year our team also nominated our licensed Escrow Assistant Addie Fanning! They went above and beyond in 2021 to provide excellent customer service and really redefine the experience of Title for their clients.
Together they explored Puerto Vallarta to celebrate all their goals met and surpassed. After a 4 day trip enjoying the beach, incredible food and leisure time as a group they’ve come home refreshed and ready to take on 2022 and all the growth it has to offer.
We are so passionate about our business but we are even more passionate about our Novation FAM! Having this opportunity to empower and inspire each of them to become the best they can be is what our values are all about. We work together, we grow together and we have fun together! Who says title insurance has to be boring?
We are so proud of all their hard work and cant wait to seem them crush their goals and accomplish more dreams for 2022!!
