Lauren Hoggan

Lauren brings energy, experience, and a deep love for real estate to the Novation team. Originally from Salt Lake City, she’s worked in both Las Vegas and Utah, earning her real estate license and spending over three years in the industry. Lauren previously worked as an executive assistant to Kelley Jones, where she fell in love with the role and grew tremendously under his mentorship. Known for being joyful, creative, and compassionate, Lauren brings a vibrant spirit to every closing. When she’s not in the office, you can catch her on the golf course—her favorite hobby. We’re thrilled to have her heart and hustle on the team!
