Jason Steiner
Currently based in Syracuse and deeply rooted in Davis County for over 20 years, Jason brings more than three decades of experience in the title industry. He entered the field after a personal connection opened the door and has been building expertise ever since. Starting at the ground level as a recorder and runner, Jason worked his way through nearly every role in title—including assistant, officer, office manager, escrow assistant, and examiner—giving him a rare, well-rounded perspective.
Outside of work, he enjoys coaching soccer and spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and taking road trips. With extensive knowledge and a hands-on approach, Jason plays a key role in keeping Novation’s title operations running with precision and confidence.
